Plain English: Because the audition fee covers professional services rendered regardless of outcome, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been provided. Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime to stop future billing. Yearly memberships have a 30-day refund window.

The Single Audition fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment once the commercial script and performance notes have been delivered. The fee covers script delivery, casting director review, and portfolio listing — services rendered regardless of outcome. Refunds are not available for: not being selected, choosing not to submit after receiving the script, or change of mind after script delivery.

We offer a 30-day refund window from purchase date, provided the request is made within 30 calendar days and you have not submitted more than one audition video. After 30 days, yearly memberships are non-refundable. Memberships do not auto-renew — you receive a reminder 14 days before expiry.
We review exceptional circumstances individually. Possible exceptions: documented serious illness or bereavement, proven technical failure on our platform after 72 hours, confirmed billing errors on our end. Not being selected, dissatisfaction with SPEC nature, or failure to submit a video are not grounds for refund.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Uncontested concerns are resolved within 3 business days. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in immediate account termination and our contesting of the dispute with full service documentation.
