We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: casting directors (for review), Stripe (payment processing), email service providers (script and communication delivery), analytics providers (aggregated/anonymised data), and where required by law.
All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never receive, store, or access your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. We store only transaction reference, amount, date, and plan type. See stripe.com/privacy.
We use essential cookies (for site function), analytics cookies (Google Analytics), and marketing cookies (Google Ads conversion tracking). You can control cookies via your browser settings.
Active member data: membership duration + 12 months. Audition submissions: 24 months. Payment records: 7 years (tax compliance). Email communications: 3 years. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal obligations.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, and object to processing of your data, as well as opt out of marketing at any time. Email info@tvtalentshow.com to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.
Our services are for individuals 18 and older only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover we have, we will delete it immediately.
TV Talent Show is operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data may be processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
