Please read carefully. By using tvtalentshow.com, submitting your audition, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TV Talent Show, owned by Freddie Hanson, 45 Rockefeller Plaza, Suite #200, New York, NY 10111. By using our services, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms in full.
TV Talent Show provides an online casting platform including virtual audition submission processing for SPEC (speculative) commercial productions, commercial script and performance note delivery, casting director review, talent portfolio hosting, and recurring membership plans. All productions are SPEC commercials — not affiliated with or commissioned by any third-party brand.
You must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and provide accurate information in all submissions. We welcome all nationalities, union and non-union talent, all ethnicities and genders, and applicants with no prior experience.
All payments are processed via Stripe. Plans include: Single Audition (one-time), Monthly Membership (recurring monthly), and Yearly Membership (annual upfront). All prices are in USD. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Pricing may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing members.
By submitting a video, you warrant that the video was created by you, you own all content within it, it does not infringe third-party rights, it contains no unlawful or harmful content, and all persons appearing are 18+. You grant TV Talent Show a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use submission footage for platform and marketing purposes. You retain ownership of your original footage.
All scripts, performance notes, and platform content are proprietary to TV Talent Show. The commercial script is licensed for your personal audition use only — you may not publish, sell, or distribute it.
TV Talent Show does not guarantee that any applicant will be selected, featured in a production, or receive paid work. The audition fee covers the review process and platform services — not a guaranteed outcome. Casting decisions are at the sole discretion of our casting director.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TV Talent Show is not a talent agency, employment agency, or recruiter and does not guarantee placement or employment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TV Talent Show shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel monthly memberships at any time by emailing info@tvtalentshow.com before your next billing date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New York County, New York.
